Coach Sergio has been awarded the “Coach of the Year” award. 
After two days of competition, Brandon Sloan brought home the silver medal and Stephen Benedicto brought home the bronze in the Sr. Men’s Division. In Junior men, Brandon Krzynefski brought home the silver medal while Cameron Sloan finished 6th. Sarah English finished 6th in the Jr. Women division.
The Senior and Junior National Teams were named at the completion on competition and Brandon Sloan was named once again to the Senior National team, while Brandon Krzynefski was named to the Junior National Team for the second year in a row.
Sergio Galvez was awarded Tumbling Coach of the year!
The teams for World Championships and World Age Groups were also named and Brandon Sloan will be representing the USA on the Senior World Championships Team. Brandon Krzynefski, Sarah English and Cameron Sloan made the World Age Groups Team and will also represent the USA in Metz, France this November! Congratulations Capital!!
Attention 2009-2010 GIRLS LEVEL 4-6 Compulsory Parents:

Any of you who ordered a compulsory leo LAST Year and have issues with the staining/fading under the arms:
GK ELITE has determined that this is not faulty material and will not replace them. They have offered as a courtesy to us to remake them at 1/2 the cost. This cost is $112.00.
If you would like your leo replaced, you will need to bring your leo in along with a check for $112.00 made out to Capital Gymnastics. Please fill out a leo order form and indicate that it is a Compulsory Re-Order. Replaced leo’s must be the same size as ordered last year. If you turned your leo in to be sent to GK, please let Gena know if you are going to take advantage of this, or if you want your original leo returned to you. Alos, please keep in mind taht we will be getting new styles next year.
