It could be as late as one week before the scheduled meet. Capital does not have any control over this.
Capital Gymnastics does not decide the meet schedules/times and rotations for each meet. This is done by the host gym. Capital is contacted with this information and we post it on the board at the gym ASAP. Basic information will also be available here on our blog.

Our Capital office is not involved with the girl’s team meets. Please contact your gymnasts coach with any questions you may have.
We do everything possible to get the meet information to you ASAP.
